TEHRAN: Speaker of Pakistan’s National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, and Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif attended the funeral of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the late Iranian Supreme Leader, in Tehran. The Speaker participated in the ceremony by offering Fateha and praying for the deceased, showing respect and remembrance.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq met with Iran’s President, Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, and the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. Sadiq conveyed condolences from the National Assembly and the people of Pakistan.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq paid tribute to Ayatollah Khamenei, recognizing his contributions to Iran and marking his death as a significant loss for the nation. Sadiq attended the event at the invitation of Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of Iran’s Islamic Consultative Assembly.
