Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori recently conducted a diplomatic visit to Tehran, where he met with key Iranian officials, focusing on enhancing Pakistan-Iran economic relations and discussing the welfare of Pakistani visitors in Iran.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori visited the Pakistani Embassy in Tehran and met with Pakistani Ambassador Mohammad Mudassar Tipu. The discussions centered on providing better facilities for Pakistani visitors in Iran. During this visit, the Governor also recorded his remarks in the embassy’s guest book. Ambassador Tipu briefed Governor Tesori about the performance and activities of the Pakistani Embassy and Consulates in Tehran.
In a separate meeting, Governor Tesori met with Mehdi Safari, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy. The talks focused on enhancing economic ties between Pakistan and Iran. They discussed the promotion of these relations, the exchange of delegations in various fields, and other issues of mutual interest. Governor Tesori emphasized that an increase in Pakistan-Iran economic cooperation would be beneficial for both countries.
