Abu Dhabi: The embassy of Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates hosted a reception to celebrate Pakistan’s national day, with Sheikh Nahayan Bin Mabarak Al Nahyan, the UAE’s Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, serving as the chief guest. The event saw participation from members of the diplomatic corps, senior UAE government officials, Emirati nationals, and the Pakistani community.
During the reception, Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi underscored the importance of the Pakistan resolution and reflected on the challenges faced during the formation of the state. He also spoke about the country’s efforts towards socio-economic development.
