Senior Police Officers Oversee Transparent Recruitment Process in Islamabad Police


Islamabad: Senior police officers are actively overseeing the ongoing recruitment process within the Islamabad Police, ensuring that it is conducted with complete transparency and adherence to merit, as per the directives of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi. According to Islamabad Capital Police, high-ranking officials including DG Safe City/DIG Traffic Muhammad Haroon Joya, DIG Headquarters Muhammad Ateeq Tahir, DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq, and DIG Security Rana Umar Farooq have been visiting numerous test centers to monitor the recruitment stages, security measures, and facilities provided to candidates.



The senior officers received briefings from the personnel at the test centers and stressed the importance of maintaining strict compliance with merit and transparency. They highlighted that the recruitment process would be devoid of discrimination or favoritism, and candidates would be given equal opportunities. Under the guidance of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, continuous monitoring of the process is being conducted to ensure a systematic and interruption-free recruitment experience.



Comprehensive facilities, including shaded tents, clean drinking water, and first-aid services, have been arranged for candidates amid extreme weather conditions. Security and crowd management have been prioritized to create a safe environment. The officials reaffirmed that the recruitment process adheres to merit, transparency, and fairness, with uniform standards applied to evaluate all candidates, ensuring only the most qualified individuals are selected. They reiterated their commitment to preventing any undue influence or illegal interference throughout the process.
