Security Forces Neutralize Six Terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Operations

Peshawar, In a significant blow to terrorist activities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, security forces conducted two separate operations on May 8, 2024, successfully eliminating six terrorists.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, an intelligence-led operation in Dera Ismail Khan District targeted a known terrorist hideout, resulting in the neutralization of five terrorists. Another operation in North Waziristan District saw security forces engaging and eliminating a notorious terrorist identified as Inam Ullah during a fierce exchange of fire.

The operations also led to the recovery of weapons, ammunition, and explosives from the deceased terrorists, who were implicated in numerous attacks against both security forces and civilians. A continuing sanitization operation aims to clear the area of any remaining threats, demonstrating the security forces’ resolve to eradicate terrorism from the region.
