Security Forces Kill 13 Khwarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Border Clashes

Mohmand: Security forces killed thirteen Khwarij associated with the Indian-sponsored group Fitna-al-Khwarij during two thwarted infiltration attempts along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to Radio Pakistan, the first incident occurred in the Mohmand District, where security personnel detected a group attempting to cross the border. The forces engaged the infiltrators, resulting in the death of eight Khwarij.

In a separate incident, security forces prevented another infiltration attempt in North Waziristan District. The troops engaged in a fire exchange with the group, neutralizing five Khwarij. These incidents highlight Pakistan’s ongoing concerns regarding the Afghan Taliban Regime’s failure to manage border security effectively. Pakistani authorities have reiterated the need for the Afghan Taliban to prevent the use of Afghan territory for terrorism targeting Pakistan.
