Islamabad: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has called on architects to incorporate elements of Pakistan’s identity and local heritage into their building designs, underscoring the role of architecture in preserving cultural legacy and defining urban landscapes.

According to Radio Pakistan, the minister made these remarks during a ceremony in Islamabad, where he highlighted the potential of architecture to give cities a unique identity in the 21st century.
