Mastung: Security forces in Balochistan conducted two high-tempo operations on August 5 and 6, targeting members of the group Fitna Al Hindustan. The operations, conducted in the Washuk and Mastung districts, resulted in the elimination of 12 terrorists. These actions are part of the ongoing campaign “Rad-ul-Fitna-3,” aimed at countering terrorism linked to Indian proxies.
According to Inter Services Public Relations, the first operation in Washuk district involved the detection and engagement of six terrorists, all of whom were neutralized. The following day, another operation in Mastung district resulted in the deaths of six more terrorists after an exchange of fire. The operations also led to the destruction of a terrorist hideout. These efforts are part of the larger initiative “Azm e Istehkam,” approved by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan, which aims to eradicate foreign-sponsored terrorism in Pakistan.
