Islamabad: Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, held a meeting with Ms. Natalie A. Baker, the Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy, to discuss Pakistan-U.S. bilateral relations and regional matters. The meeting, which took place at the Ministry of Law, Justice and Human Rights, revolved around mutual interests and regional security.
According to Press Information Department, Ms. Baker expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s role in the Gulf conflict, highlighting the country’s diplomatic efforts in promoting regional peace and stability. She also recognized the leadership contributions of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.
Senator Tarar reiterated Pakistan’s dedication to maintaining a constructive role in fostering regional dialogue and stability. Both officials emphasized the importance of enhancing Pakistan-U.S. bilateral cooperation, particularly in the legal sector, and agreed to continue engaging in areas of mutual interest.
