Islamabad, August 22, 2022 (PPI-OT):As per directions from IG NHMP Khalid Mahmood, safety briefings were conducted to passengers regarding emergency exits and safety protocols on board passenger busses. Bus drivers and stewards were also briefed about safety requirements. Passengers were also given an orientation on the rear emergency door and how to open it.

This initiative is a part of NHMP’s ‘#No More’ campaign that has seen deployment of technological innovations and a strict enforcement regime. NHMP remains committed to serving Pakistan through equal enforcement of the law and improving the safety of commuters on all national highways and motorways. NHMP has also begun enforcement through a comprehensive PSV tracker system.
