Islamabad, September 02, 2022 (PPI-OT):Railways Minister, Khawaja Saad Rafique chaired a meeting in Lahore on Friday and reviewed restoration process of Railways traffic, suspended due to flood situation in the country.
The Minister was given a detailed briefing on the reconstruction of the damaged bridge on the Sibi-Quetta section. He was also apprised that up track freight operation for Karachi has been restored and freight volume will return to normal level from Monday. The Minister reviewed the arrangements for delivery of relief goods from Turkey to Dalbandin via Zahedan Iran, by train.
