Islamabad: Zulfiqar Haider, the Secretary of Religious Affairs, has announced plans for a thorough consultation process involving all relevant stakeholders before finalizing the Hajj Policy 2025. This approach aims to refine and enhance the arrangements for the upcoming Hajj seasons based on a wide range of inputs and experiences.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during a recent meeting with Hajj Coordinators at the ministry, Secretary Haider stressed the importance of completing the preparations for Hajj well in advance to ensure a smooth and successful experience for pilgrims. The coordinators commended the Government Hajj Scheme, noting its exemplary performance in facilitating the pilgrimage.
The consultations are intended to gather insights and feedback from various parties involved in Hajj operations to address any potential issues and to incorporate innovative practices that could benefit future pilgrimages.
