Provincial Minister Praises Pakistan Army’s Valor on Defense Day

Quetta: In a recent statement, Haji Noor Muhammad Damar, Provincial Minister for Food and central leader of Muslim League-N Balochistan, commemorated the valor displayed by the Pakistan Army during the 1965 war with India. He emphasized the spirit of unity and resolve that persists among the nation and its armed forces in facing adversaries.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Haji Noor Muhammad Khan Damar highlighted that September 6 is celebrated as the Defense Day of Pakistan in honor of the military’s commitment and the sacrifices made by martyrs during the conflict. He expressed profound respect for the martyrs, referring to them as the pride of the nation, and lauded the historical bravery and courage exhibited by the soldiers during the war.

The Minister’s statement serves as a reminder of the enduring legacy and the pledge of allegiance that Pakistanis hold towards their nation’s defense, inspired by the events of the 1965 India-Pakistan war. The statement was issued to reaffirm the country’s dedication to safeguarding its sovereignty and to honor those who have laid down their lives in doing so.
