ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif is set to embark on a four-day official visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Türkiye starting today. The visit will focus on strengthening bilateral ties and discussing regional peace and security with the leadership of Saudi Arabia and Qatar. In Türkiye, the Prime Minister will participate in the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister’s engagements in Saudi Arabia and Qatar aim to enhance ongoing bilateral cooperation. The visit to Türkiye will see the Prime Minister engage in the Leaders’ Panel at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, where he will present Pakistan’s perspective alongside other global leaders. Additionally, on the sidelines of the Forum, he is expected to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and other key leaders.
The visit underscores Pakistan’s commitment to constructive diplomacy and multilateral cooperation on global issues. Accompanying the Prime Minister will be Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Syed Tariq Fatemi, and other senior officials.
