Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has issued a strong condemnation of a recent attack by Houthi forces targeting civilian and energy facilities in Saudi Arabia, resulting in multiple injuries. The Prime Minister emphasized Pakistan’s unwavering support for Saudi Arabia and its leadership in the face of the assault.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister expressed his condemnation on social media platform X, where he reiterated Pakistan’s solidarity with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the people of Saudi Arabia. The attack, he said, poses a threat to innocent lives and regional peace and security.
Prime Minister Sharif reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. He also extended his prayers for the swift recovery of those injured in the attack.
