Prime Minister Sharif Meets with Ambassadors to Discuss GCC Relations


Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif convened a meeting with Pakistan’s Ambassadors to Iran and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, focusing on strengthening bilateral ties and addressing regional dynamics. Attendees included key government officials and diplomatic representatives.



According to Press Information Department, the meeting addressed the current state of bilateral relations and explored emerging opportunities and challenges in the GCC region. Discussions centered on enhancing economic diplomacy, trade, investment, remittances, and the welfare of the Pakistani diaspora. The Prime Minister underscored the significance of the GCC countries and Iran, urging Ambassadors to boost cooperation in multiple sectors.



The meeting also examined regional and international situations, emphasizing peace, stability, and economic cooperation.
