KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari engaged in discussions with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and MQM-Pakistan Chairman Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui on the current state of internal security and law and order in Pakistan. The meeting in Karachi focused on strategies for reinforcing the country’s internal security framework and ensuring the safety of its citizens.

According to Radio Pakistan, the dialogue also addressed the evolving geopolitical situation in the region and its possible repercussions for Pakistan. The leaders underscored the necessity of national unity and political consensus to maintain the continuity of the democratic process. President Zardari emphasized the urgent need to enhance internal security measures to safeguard the populace.
