BANNU: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have expressed their commendation for the security forces following a successful intelligence-based operation against Fitna Al Khwarij in Bannu. The operation resulted in the elimination of a key ring leader and a suicide attacker, reflecting the security forces’ professional skills and bravery.
According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders emphasized Pakistan’s dedication to countering terrorism and maintaining regional and global peace. In his statement, President Zardari noted the ongoing efforts to thwart anti-peace conspiracies that aim to destabilize the nation. He reaffirmed the country’s commitment to eliminating terrorism. Prime Minister Sharif echoed similar sentiments, reiterating the government’s resolve to eradicate terrorism from Pakistan.
