Karachi, President Dr. Arif Alvi visited the Mazar of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah in Karachi to pay his respects on the occasion of the 147th birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation. The visit was part of the nationwide celebrations commemorating the leader’s legacy.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, President Alvi was accompanied by Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori, Caretaker Chief Minister Maqbool Baqar, and other cabinet members. During the visit, the President and his entourage laid floral wreaths at the Mazar and offered fateha, a prayer of blessing. They also took the time to record their thoughts and feelings in the visitors’ book at the site.
