Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has lauded the Pakistan Navy for the successful execution of a live weapon firing test by the newly inducted submarine, PNS/M HANGOR. This accomplishment underscores the operational readiness and combat capabilities of the submarine force, fortifying the country’s security measures.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister acknowledged the precision in engaging a long-range target with an anti-ship cruise missile as evidence of the professional expertise and high combat capability of the Pakistan Navy. In his statement, he emphasized the government’s commitment to maintaining the preparedness of the armed forces to address national security challenges.

Prime Minister Sharif also praised Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf and the personnel involved in the induction and operationalization of PNS/M HANGOR, highlighting their professional performance.
