Islamabad: Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik met with the outgoing Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, Khazar Farhadov, reaffirming the commitment to deepen bilateral energy cooperation between the two nations. The meeting underscored the importance of the strategic partnership and longstanding friendship shared by Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
According to Press Information Department, Minister Malik praised Ambassador Farhadov for his efforts in enhancing cooperation during his tenure, especially in the energy sector. He highlighted that the collaboration between Pakistani companies and the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) has significantly expanded, setting the stage for further development in areas of mutual interest.
