Pakistan’s Defence Capability Evolved Through National Effort, Says Masood Khan


Islamabad: Pakistan’s defence capabilities have been shaped by decades of national effort, with strategic foresight and scientific achievement playing crucial roles, according to Sardar Masood Khan, a former ambassador and president of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Speaking at the Nazarya-i-Pakistan Council in Islamabad, Khan emphasized the importance of national cohesion, technological innovation, economic resilience, and investment in education and human development for the country’s security and prosperity.



According to Radio Pakistan, Khan highlighted the evolving regional security dynamics influenced by changing military doctrines and emerging technologies, underscoring the need for Pakistan to maintain a credible deterrence posture. He asserted that Pakistan has consistently demonstrated its ability to safeguard its sovereignty while exercising restraint and responsibility in national security matters.
