Islamabad, In a move aimed at attracting foreign investors and enhancing economic relationships, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar launched a new visa regime in Islamabad. The initiative is part of the government’s efforts to rationalize and liberalize Pakistan’s visa policy.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during the launch event, Prime Minister Kakar stressed the importance of opening up to the world to foster investment and develop trade and economic ties. He emphasized that visa policies are fundamental to establishing and strengthening economic relationships.
The Prime Minister expressed confidence in the Interior Ministry’s ability to propose further improvements to the visa policy. This new regime is expected to simplify the process for foreign investors, making Pakistan a more attractive destination for international business and economic activities.
The introduction of this new visa regime reflects the government’s commitment to creating a more investor-friendly environment in Pakistan, potentially leading to increased foreign direct investment and economic growth.
