HONG KONG, Pakistani IT firms have achieved significant recognition at the Asia Pacific Information and Communication Technology Alliance (APICTA) Awards in Hong Kong, securing one gold and seven merit awards. This accomplishment highlights Pakistan’s growing influence in the field of information and communication technology.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, APICTA is an esteemed organization in the field of Information and Communication Technology, dedicated to fostering technological innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. The most notable success for Pakistan at this event was the winning of the Gold Award in the ‘Super Woman’ category by Super Woman Pakistan. This achievement showcases the outstanding contributions of Pakistani women in the technology sector.

The Asia Pacific ICT Alliance encompasses sixteen major countries, including China, Japan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Australia.
