ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has expressed approval of the latest advancements in the Gaza Peace Plan, underscoring the efforts of mediating nations. According to Radio Pakistan, Foreign Office Spokesperson Tahir Andrabi acknowledged the contributions made by the United States, Egypt, Qatar, and Türkiye in facilitating these developments.
Andrabi emphasized that Pakistan hopes these efforts will advance the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination through an effective political process. He stated that this process should adhere to international law and United Nations resolutions, eventually leading to the creation of a sovereign Palestinian state based on the pre-1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
