Pakistan Navy Seizes $1 Million Worth of Drugs in North Arabian Sea


Islamabad: The Pakistan Navy has intercepted a significant shipment of narcotics in the North Arabian Sea, marking a successful execution of their ongoing anti-narcotics operations. Utilizing naval air assets, the Pakistan Navy Ship MOAWIN conducted a boarding operation on a suspicious vessel, leading to the discovery of drugs concealed in hidden compartments.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the seized narcotics possess an estimated international market value of approximately one million US dollars. This consignment was reportedly en route to various international locations through sea routes. The Pakistan Navy continues to actively monitor and prevent illegal activities within the maritime boundaries, demonstrating its commitment to regional security and stability.
