Pakistan-China Partnership Enters New Phase with Focus on Key Sectors

Lahore: Pakistan and China have taken a significant step forward in their collaborative efforts in the industry, agriculture, and mineral sectors. The partnership has entered a new phase, marked by the recent visit of Chinese Consul General Sun Yan to the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to Radio Pakistan, the visit, which was deemed crucial by the Chamber President Faheem-ur-Rehman Saigol, centered around discussions aimed at the development of information technology, agriculture, mineral resources, and industrial sectors. The meeting is expected to pave the way for business-to-business meetings and joint ventures with the private sector as part of the second phase of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
