Islamabad: Pakistan’s Armed Forces are intensifying their operations against the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij as part of Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq, targeting key militant positions along the Pak-Afghan border.
According to Radio Pakistan, a recent operation by the Pakistan Army successfully thwarted a significant infiltration attempt in North Waziristan. The operation resulted in the elimination of several Afghan Taliban fighters, forcing others to abandon their positions. The military action led to the complete destruction of compounds and hideouts used by the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij.
The Pakistan Army has also targeted Afghan Taliban posts in the South Waziristan sector, from Shawal to Zarmalan.
