Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar to Attend Regional Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Riyadh


Riyadh: Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has embarked on a two-day visit to Riyadh, initiated by an invitation from the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to partake in a meeting of regional Foreign Ministers. The meeting is set to address issues of territorial integrity, sovereignty, and the political independence of countries within the region, with Dar emphasizing the need for dialogue and diplomacy.



According to Radio Pakistan, Deputy Prime Minister Dar plans to express unwavering support for the sovereignty of the region’s nations and advocate for the cessation of attacks on their territories. The meeting will provide a platform for Dar to reiterate Pakistan’s appeal for a swift resolution to ongoing conflicts through dialogue. Furthermore, he intends to underscore Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts and its commitment to playing a crucial role in addressing the current security challenges in the region.
