Pakistan and United States Engage in Reciprocal Trade Agreement Talks


Washington: Pakistan and the United States are engaged in negotiations over a Reciprocal Trade Agreement, with discussions taking place on Thursday and Friday. The talks are set to enhance trade relations, aiming to foster bilateral trade as a key component of economic cooperation and to explore avenues for diversifying and expanding current trade activities.



According to Radio Pakistan, Foreign Office Spokesperson Tahir Andrabi stated that Secretary Commerce Jawad Paul is heading the Pakistani delegation in these discussions. The negotiations represent a concerted effort to build on existing trade ties between the two nations and seek opportunities for further economic collaboration.
