Owais Qadir Shah Elected as Speaker of Sindh Assembly

Karachi, In a significant political development, Owais Qadir Shah of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) was sworn in as the Speaker of the Sindh Assembly today. The election highlighted Shah’s decisive victory, where he garnered a total of one hundred and eleven votes against his opponent, Sofia Shah of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), who received thirty-six votes.
