ISLAMABAD: An orderly room was convened at the Central Police Office in Islamabad to address the personal and departmental concerns of police officers, following the directives of Inspector General of Police, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi. The session, led by Assistant Inspector General of Police Investigation/Complaints, Syed Inayat Ali Shah, aimed to ensure timely resolutions to these issues.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, during the session, officers and personnel presented various concerns, including those related to transfers and postings. Immediate orders were issued to resolve several matters, and directions were provided to relevant officers for the remaining issues. The AIG Investigation/Complaints highlighted ongoing initiatives for police welfare, including housing improvements, healthcare facilities, and education standards. He assured that his office remains open for any employee facing issues.
The AIG emphasized the collective responsibility of officers in enhancing city safety and law enforcement. He noted that the orderly room’s purpose is to prioritize the welfare of police officers, address their concerns, and improve morale.
