Lahore, August 16, 2022 (PPI-OT): Inspector General Police Punjab Faisal Shahkar on behalf of Punjab Police has congratulated countrymen on Diamond Jubilee 75th Independence Day. IG Punjab Faisal Shahkar said in his message that our forefathers sacrificed their lives to get an independent country.
IG Punjab said that by following the teachings of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Iqbal, he will make the homeland greater. IG Punjab said that the living nations celebrate their Independence Day in a dignified manner and with national enthusiasm, citizens are requested to observe the laws while celebrating the joys of Independence Day.
IG Punjab said that on the day of Independence Day, full security arrangements have been made across the province so that citizens can celebrate the Independence Day in a peaceful environment. IG Punjab said that parents are requested to keep an eye on their children and not allow them to be part of illegal activities so that they do not face any problem on the occasion of Independence Day.
