National Housing Policy 2025 Launched by Ministry of Housing and Works

Islamabad: The Ministry of Housing and Works (MoHW) has officially introduced the National Housing Policy 2025, marking a significant step in addressing the country’s housing sector challenges. The initiative was unveiled at a launch ceremony attended by key government figures, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among all relevant departments for successful implementation.

According to Radio Pakistan, Minister for Housing and Works Riaz Hussain Pirzada highlighted the policy’s role in tackling housing issues, urging stakeholders to make concerted efforts to ensure its effective execution. Federal Minister for Climate Change Musadik Malik also underscored the necessity of integrating environmentally sustainable practices into housing projects, considering the ongoing climate change concerns. The policy aims to provide comprehensive planning to offer shelter to homeless individuals, reflecting a commitment to addressing housing needs with a sustainable approach.
