National Assembly Session Cut Short Due to Lack of Quorum

Islamabad: The National Assembly convened briefly at the Parliament House today, but the session was adjourned due to a lack of quorum. Deputy Speaker Ghulam Mustafa Shah was presiding over the meeting when the issue was raised.

Shortly after the session began, members pointed out that the required number of lawmakers was not present. A count confirmed the absence of quorum, leading the Deputy Speaker to adjourn the proceedings.

The Assembly will reconvene tomorrow at 11 a.m., hoping to address the issues on its agenda.
