NAHE Successfully Concludes National Outreach Programme for University Management Staff


Peshawar: The National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), under the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, has concluded its National Outreach Programme aimed at enhancing the skills of university management staff. The event, held at the University of Peshawar, marked the culmination of efforts to bolster leadership and administrative capacities within the higher education sector.



According to Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, the programme was organized by the Centre for Human Resource Career Development (CHRCD) at the University of Peshawar. It aimed to improve competencies in university governance, leadership, administration, and institutional effectiveness among management staff.



At the certificate distribution ceremony, Managing Director of NAHE, Dr. Noor Amna Malik, distributed certificates to participants who completed the programme. Dr. Malik emphasized HEC’s ongoing commitment to offering professional development opportunities through NAHE’s initiatives.



The event also featured Meritorious Professor Dr. Johar Ali, Vice Chancellor of the University of Peshawar, as the Guest of Honour. He encouraged the attendees to utilize the skills and knowledge gained from the programme in their professional roles.



Dr. Muhammad Naeem Butt, Director of CHRCD, acknowledged the collaboration that has facilitated professional development initiatives. He highlighted the continuous achievements of NAHE in governance and leadership development across Pakistan’s higher education institutions.
