Ministry of Foreign Affairs Establishes Crisis Management Unit for Pakistani Nationals in Kyrgyzstan

Islamabad, In response to the escalating situation in Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the directive of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, has activated its Crisis Management Unit (CMU) to aid Pakistani nationals in the region.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the CMU is now operational and set to provide assistance to Pakistanis in the Kyrgyz Republic and their families. Those in need of support can reach the unit via two designated phone numbers and an email address provided by the ministry. The Embassy of Pakistan in Kyrgyzstan has also made available additional emergency numbers to ensure comprehensive coverage and support round the clock.

This initiative is part of a broader effort by the Pakistani government to ensure the safety and well-being of its citizens abroad, particularly in areas experiencing instability. The contact numbers for both the CMU and the embassy are intended to offer a reliable communication channel for emergencies and assistance.
