Mayor Karachi Unveils New Community Centre in Korangi

KARACHI: Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab inaugurated the Shaheed Abdullah Murad Community Centre project in Noor Din Goth, District Korangi, marking a significant step in providing modern community facilities to local residents. The event was attended by Deputy Mayor Karachi Salman Abdullah Murad, City Council members, and other officials.

According to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, the community centre, constructed at a cost of Rs40 million, features two floors each capable of accommodating 300 people. The centre is equipped with necessary infrastructure, including RCC structures, marble flooring, and water tanks. Mayor Wahab emphasized the importance of the project in the ongoing efforts to improve living standards in District Korangi and reaffirmed the commitment to continue development initiatives across Karachi under the leadership of the Pakistan Peoples Party.
