Islamabad: The newly appointed Secretary General of the Makkah Alliance for Defence, Lt. Gen. (R) Nauman Mahmood, met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting marked a significant step in reinforcing regional collaboration for peace and stability.
According to Press Information Department, the Deputy Prime Minister congratulated Lt. Gen. Mahmood on his appointment and extended best wishes for his new role. During their meeting, Senator Dar emphasized Pakistan’s ongoing diplomatic initiatives aimed at fostering regional and international stability. He also highlighted the essential role of the Makkah Alliance for Defence in promoting peace efforts across the region.
