Karachi to Establish New Modern NADRA Center in District South

KARACHI: A decision to establish a modern NADRA Center in District South was taken following a meeting between Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab and the Director General of NADRA Sindh. The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) will provide land on Shahrah-e-Liaquat for the construction of the center, aimed at improving identity registration services for citizens.

According to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, the Mayor emphasized the urgent need for additional NADRA centers in Karachi due to the city’s rapidly growing population. The new center in Saddar, a key commercial and business district, is expected to offer significant convenience to both residents and members of the business community. The initiative is part of broader efforts by the city’s leadership to enhance public service delivery and improve basic civic facilities.

Mayor Wahab reiterated KMC’s commitment to supporting the establishment of more NADRA centers across Karachi, ensuring that citizens have access to efficient and quality identity registration services.
