Interior Minister and US Envoy Engage in Talks on Bilateral Cooperation


Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Acting US Ambassador Natalie Baker met in Islamabad to discuss bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and the United States. The two officials delved into matters of mutual interest, focusing on strengthening ties across various sectors.



According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Naqvi highlighted the longstanding relationship between the two countries, which has endured for over seven decades. He emphasized the importance of the global community’s collective efforts to address terrorism, describing it as an international concern.



Naqvi further stressed the significance of US support in bolstering the capabilities of Pakistan’s law enforcement agencies. The meeting underscored the commitment of both nations to deepen their cooperation and address shared challenges.
