Srinagar, A police sub-inspector, who was critically injured in an attack in Srinagar’s Eidgah area last month, has died while undergoing treatment at a hospital in New Delhi.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the police officer, identified as Masroor Ahmad Wani, was initially treated at Soura hospital in Srinagar after being attacked on October 29 while playing cricket. A senior official disclosed that Wani had been shifted to New Delhi for specialized treatment but succumbed to his injuries on Thursday.
