India Accused of Emulating Israel’s Occupation Tactics in IIOJK

Srinagar, Political experts and analysts in Srinagar have expressed concerns that India is adopting Israel’s model of occupation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

According to Kashmir Media Service, these experts have observed a growing collaboration between India and Israel, with India allegedly replicating Israeli tactics of oppression in Kashmir. The experts highlighted similarities in the brutalities inflicted upon Kashmiris and Palestinians, including arbitrary detentions, surveillance, extrajudicial killings, and restrictions on movement.

The relationship between India and Israel has reportedly strengthened under the RSS-backed Modi regime, with Hindutva ideologues historically supporting Zionism. The experts noted that both Hindutva and Zionism ideologies share a strong affinity in their outlook, goals, and methods.

Indian forces are said to be receiving training in Israel for conducting violent operations in IIOJK, similar to Israeli actions against Palestinians. The analysts emphasized that the Modi regime’s new domicile law in IIOJK mirrors the Israeli settler colonial project, aiming to change the demography of occupied Kashmir.

The experts called on the international community to recognize the struggles of both Kashmiris and Palestinians for their UN-recognized right to self-determination. They stressed that the international community should actively support these causes and address the human rights violations perpetrated by India and Israel.

The military cooperation between India and Israel was deemed a threat to global peace, urging the world community to intervene in resolving the Kashmir and Palestine disputes.
