IIOJK authorities attach house of freedom activist, arrest his father, three brothers

Srinagar, August 18, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the authorities have attached the house of a youth for his affiliation with the ongoing freedom movement in Shopian district. The authorities attached the house of freedom activist, Aadil Wani, in Kutpora area of the district on the charges that some mujahedeen took shelter there. Indian police also arrested Aadil’s father and three brothers for giving shelter to the mujahedeen. Indian troops severely damaged the house during a cordon and search operation, the other day.

It is worth mentioning here that the Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government, its regime in IIOJK and military establishment in 2019 started a ruthless policy of killing and arresting the Kashmiris in fake cases, seizing their properties, and dismissing them from government jobs to suppress the ongoing freedom movement. However, India through such brutal acts has failed to subdue the Kashmiris’ resolve.

The Hindutva-inspired BJP government in New Delhi has given directives to the authorities in IIOJK and army establishment to destroy houses and properties of people associated with the freedom struggle and those who demand right to self-determination promised by the United Nations Security Council resolutions.
