IGP Islamabad Reviews Police Operations and Administrative Affairs

ISLAMABAD: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi chaired a meeting of senior police officers at the Central Police Office to review departmental, administrative, and operational matters of the Islamabad Police.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting was attended by DIG Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq, DIG Law and Order Atiq Tahir, and other senior officers. The discussions focused on enhancing the professional capacity of the police, optimizing resource utilization, and improving overall performance. IGP Rizvi emphasized effective management of departmental affairs and directed officers to ensure timely and professional police services for citizens.

Following the meeting, IGP Rizvi held an open court session under the Open Door Policy at the Central Police Office. He addressed complaints from citizens and police personnel, directing officers to resolve issues swiftly and avoid unnecessary delays in handling grievances. IGP Rizvi reiterated the police department’s commitment to providing high-quality services and timely resolution of issues for both the public and police staff.
