Islamabad: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, led a comprehensive review meeting with senior police officers to assess law and order, traffic management, and security measures in the city. The meeting also focused on the progress of Safe City upgrades and various policing issues.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting was attended by DG Safe City/DIG Traffic Muhammad Haroon Joia and other senior police officials. During the session, officers provided updates on departmental performance, ongoing initiatives, and the range of police services available to citizens.

IGP Rizvi issued directives aimed at improving law and order, optimizing traffic management, and enhancing security protocols. He emphasized the need for effective, technology-driven enhancements to the Safe City project to ensure it yields tangible results.

The IGP underscored the importance of delivering police services effectively and professionally, enhancing field policing, surveillance, and rapid response capabilities. He advocated for the use of modern technology and coordinated efforts to create a secure and convenient environment for the city’s residents.
