Islamabad: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, led a significant meeting focusing on law and order, crime prevention, and the performance of the police force. The session included the participation of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq and other senior officers.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting assessed various aspects of policing, including security arrangements and the effectiveness of ongoing operations and investigations. Participants were briefed on the progress of current initiatives, and the IGP directed officers to enhance strategies for crime prevention, intensify efforts against criminal activities, and ensure investigations are completed efficiently and in accordance with legal standards.

IGP Rizvi instructed officers to increase field presence and strengthen security measures at sensitive locations. He also emphasized the importance of maintaining professional interactions with the public and addressing complaints promptly. Additionally, the IGP highlighted the need for regular follow-ups on directives and the use of modern technology to enhance police performance and service delivery.
