Peshawar: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) recently conducted an orientation session focusing on the HEC Research Journals Policy, targeting editors, researchers, and faculty members from various higher education institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The session took place at the HEC Regional Centre in Peshawar, highlighting essential elements of research journal management and policy implementation.

According to Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, the session began with an overview of the Research Journals Policy, covering aspects such as journal recognition criteria, evaluation mechanisms, and quality benchmarks. The session aimed to disseminate best practices in academic publishing among participants.
