Islamabad: Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal met with a delegation from SPEC Refinery, led by Chairman Zafar Sheikh, to discuss the establishment of Pakistan’s inaugural Deep Conversion Greenfield Refinery Project in Hub, Balochistan.

According to Radio Pakistan, the proposed refinery aims to utilize advanced deep conversion technology to maximize the production of high-value petroleum products. The facility is expected to process a diverse range of crude oil grades sourced from international markets. Jam Kamal Khan emphasized the government’s commitment to fostering investments that drive economic growth, industrial modernization, import substitution, and export enhancement.
