Government Initiatives Focus on Youth Employment and Skills Development


Lahore: The government is actively working to enhance opportunities for young people in areas such as education, technical training, entrepreneurship, and employment, according to Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme. Speaking to PML-N workers in Lahore, Khan emphasized the administration’s commitment to addressing the challenges faced by the youth, particularly in finding dignified employment.



According to Radio Pakistan, the Chairman highlighted that a major challenge in the current landscape is providing respectable employment opportunities to the youth. In response, the government is prioritizing skills development and efforts to generate employment. These measures are part of a broader initiative under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme to equip young individuals with the necessary tools to succeed in the workforce.
